What is the star system?
The star system calculates the number of pieces that were handled by Conchology, Inc. in the last 21 years:
| 0 – 5 pieces | 6 stars |
|
| 6 – 10 pieces | 5 stars |
|
| 11 - 25 pieces | 4 stars | |
| 26 - 75 pieces | 3 stars | |
| 76 - 150 pieces | 2 stars | |
| > 150 pieces | 1 star | |
We want to point out that the star system is only very reliable for PHILIPPINE shells only, as we handle very few foreign shells in general. As time goes, the system will become more and more performant.
Changing Password
Step 1: If you are currently logged-in to your account. Click your name then click "Logout".
Step 2: If you are logged-out. Click the "Login/Register" at the upper right corner. A small window will appear and click "Forgot Password".
Step 3: The Forgot Password window will appear on your screen. Fill-in the email address that you registered in your account. Then click "Retrieve".
Step 4: Check your email. You will receive an email that will look like the image below. Click or copy the link to your bowser.
Step 5: You will be directed to the page below of our website. Type "Your New Password" and "Confirm Password". Next click "Reset Password"
* Make sure to type your new password and confirm password correctly, if not, you will be prompted with error like below and try to input your password again.
Step 6: After you click "Reset Password" you will be directed to the page below. Input your Username and New Password.
