• It is important to know that we include all needed export papers from the Philippines on you parcel. For orders above $250, free of charge. Orders below $250 additional $12 for BFAR permit.
• We always calculate the lowest fee possible for parcel. Orders can be grouped to maximize postage.
• There are countries that have special rates in standard service that is why in some countries, standard is cheaper than economy.
• Note: Postage rates shown is effective immediately and subject to change without prior notice.

WE INCLUDE

• Customs export declaration
• Bureau of Fisheries export permit stating that all shells included are legal and that there are NO CITES shells inside your parcel. These papers are needed in case you want to sell or donate your collections to museums, they are essential in the clearance of your parcel.

For EU customers:

Since 1 July 2021, EU levies mandatory VAT on all orders purchased outside of the EU.

Since March 2022, our EU partner Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) code is provided by Conchology, Inc. on your shipping label. Without this IOSS, you as a EU buyer will have to pay VAT and processing fees upon delivery.

With the IOSS code attached, we process this for you and your parcel will smoothly pass customs and nothing to pay anymore.

* Please note that although your parcel has an IOSS number with prepaid VAT, EU customs, can still check your parcel which can entail extra costs for you.

• DHL Express and UPS Express rates are available upon request. We have big discounted rates for UPS Express savers and UPS Expedited, which are very competitive with the Postal Rates.
