The star system calculates the number of pieces that were handled by Conchology, Inc. in the last 21 years:

We want to point out that the star system is only very reliable for PHILIPPINE shells only, as we handle very few foreign shells in general. As time goes, the system will become more and more performant.
A Conchological Iconography Suplement 1: The Family Turbinidae, subfamily Turbininae, genus Turbo
Info: Since the publication of the 1st volume on Turbinidae in 2003, several articles have been published and yielded a lot of new information on the family as well as the different genera and species. The following species meanwhile were described and are now extensively figured for the first time within the Iconography: Lunella jungi, L. ogasawarana, Turbo (Senectus) angelvaldesi, T. (Maramarostoma) markusrufi, and T. (Turbo) walteri.
