Aruba. Pleistocene deposits only. Extinct.
Type Locality:
Cave of Quadirikiri, Arikok National Park, Aruba (12°28’57”N, 69°53’59”W) in red earth (some cemented into cave blocks), deep in cave. S.J. Gould sta. 150. Pleistocene eolinite rocks.
Type Material:
Holotype, MCZ 164388; Paratype 1, MCZ 164389; Paratype 2 MCZ 164390; Paratype 3 MCZ 164391, all from the type locality.

Remarks:
Cerion uva gouldi inhabited Aruba during the Pleistocene but became extinct. Cerion living on Aruba today (Cerion uva uva) have been introduced from eastern Curaçao by humans during the past 800 years (Harasewych, 2015, 2019).
