Remarks:
C. hughesi appears to be fairly close to C. eleu­therae P. and V. This new Cerion differs, however, in being some­what smaller, having a well developed marbled coloration and not having the lip reflected backwards more than the width of the lip itself.  (Clench, 1952:107).
