We want to point out that the star system is only very reliable for PHILIPPINE shells only, as we handle very few foreign shells in general. As time goes, the system will become more and more performant.
S. clappii new. A tiny dwarf .50 by .20, aside from size, exactly like ornatula. Very abundant living on a salina north of the Current Settlement. This salina was nearly surrounded by fields containing absolutely millions of dead shells of this and the two preceding. I have named this beautiful little shell in honor of Mr. William F. Clapp who has taken great interest in my studies in this family.
