Eleuthera Island, Bahama Islands
Type Locality:
Southern portion of Great Pimlico Island, Eleuthera, Bahamas.

Remarks:
Clench (1952:110) commented that this species also occurs fossil on Great Pimlico Island, and living at The Bluff, Eleuthera Island. He considered it to be in the glans complex and to differ chiefly in the coarseness and wide spacing of the axial ribs.
