Biography of G. Eager


  • biological illustrator, her professional career was spent at the University of Michigan's Museum of Zoology. She received a Master of Arts in scientific illustration in 1927, coming to the museum in 1927. During her twenty years she produced illustrations for many papers, among them shell drawings for Goodrich and van der Schalie. Am outstanding entomological editor and illustrator wrote that she Was one of the greatest living entomological rtists, and the appreciation of her illustrations in conchology, herpetology and ichthyology was equally great. - Edit
